Where do you offer home visits?
Home physiotherapy is available across Mumbai. Enter your pincode during booking and we will confirm coverage for your area.
How do online consultations work?
Online consultations are 25-minute live video sessions with Dr. Choudhary. After the session you receive a personalized exercise plan link you can follow at your own pace on any device.
What are your timings?
Daytime home visits run 11:00 am to 11:00 pm IST. Night home visits run 11:00 pm to 9:00 am IST. Online consultations are by appointment. Times are shown in IST during booking.
How do I pay, and is GST added?
Prices on the site are final and inclusive. GST is not applicable, so nothing extra is added at checkout. You can pay online via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) or directly in person.
How do session packs work?
Packs give a lower per-visit price with a validity window (2 months for the pack of 5, 3 months for the pack of 10). One credit is used per completed visit, packs cover Mumbai home visits only, night visits are not included, and credits are non-transferable and do not roll over past expiry.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible to reschedule. We will do our best to move your slot to the next available time that suits you.
Do you treat patients outside India?
Yes. International and NRI patients regularly book online consultations and follow structured exercise plans remotely. Prices stay in INR.
