Refund policy

Single sessions

If you cancel a single session with reasonable notice before the scheduled time, you can reschedule at no cost or request a refund of any amount paid online.

Cancellations made very close to the appointment, or a missed appointment where the physiotherapist has already travelled to your location, may not be eligible for a full refund.

Session packs

Packs are discounted bundles. Once a pack is purchased, completed visits are non-refundable. Unused credits within the validity window can be discussed with us; credits do not roll over past expiry and are non-transferable.

Online consultations

If a technical issue on our side prevents the consultation from taking place, we will reschedule or refund it. If you miss a scheduled online slot without notice, it may be treated as completed.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and are typically completed within 5 to 7 business days.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@unboundphysio.co with your booking details. We aim to respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
