Information we collect

When you book a session, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email, and for home visits your map pin location plus flat or floor details.

We use a Google Business Profile to display public reviews. We do not collect those reviews from you directly.

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand site traffic and booking funnel steps. This uses cookies and similar identifiers. You can also block it with browser settings or an ad blocker.

How we use your information

Your details are used only to schedule, deliver, and follow up on your physiotherapy care, to confirm bookings, and to build your personalized exercise plan where relevant.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Health information and consent

Any clinical information you share is treated as confidential and used only for your assessment and treatment. Where a session or condition is recorded for clinical purposes, we ask for your explicit consent first.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Card and banking details are handled by Razorpay under their own security and privacy terms; we do not store your full payment credentials.

Data retention and your rights

We keep booking and treatment records only as long as needed to provide care and to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
