These terms apply to physiotherapy services booked through UNBOUND Physio, including home visits across Mumbai and online consultations. By booking a session you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide one-on-one physiotherapy assessment and treatment. Recommendations and exercise plans are tailored to the information you provide and the in-session assessment. Outcomes vary between individuals, and no specific result is guaranteed.
Bookings and payment
A slot is confirmed once your booking is accepted and, where applicable, payment succeeds. Prices shown are final and inclusive; GST is not applicable. Online payments are handled by Razorpay.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Please contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible to reschedule or cancel. Refund eligibility is described in our refund policy.
