Techniques we use

Tools used inside a session, chosen after assessment. These are not separate packages. They support the treatment plan for your condition.

  • Manual therapy

Hands-on joint and soft-tissue techniques to reduce stiffness, ease pain, and restore movement.

  • Dry needling

Targeted needling of trigger points to release tight muscle bands and reduce referred pain.

  • Cupping therapy

Suction-based soft-tissue work used to ease muscle tightness, improve local circulation, and support recovery.

  • Ultrasound therapy

Therapeutic ultrasound used to relieve pain and support tissue healing in selected soft-tissue injuries.

  • IFT (Interferential Therapy)

Electrotherapy for pain relief and increased blood flow around an injured or irritated area.

  • TENS

Low-level electrical stimulation used as a short-term aid for pain modulation during rehab.

  • Kinesio taping

Supportive taping to guide movement, reduce load on irritated tissue, and help patients stay active safely.
